Established in 1988, Bradner Farms was the first certified organic milk producer to ship fluid milk in Western Canada. Since then, we have continued to comply with all Canadian Quality Milk regulations and to exceed all milk quality and production requirements. All of our cows are given access to pastures for grazing, are fed certified organic grain and forage hay, and are given extra bedding space.
The fourth-generation farmers on our two different farms—Bud and Sarah Yoder at Golden Gate Farms in Abbotsford and Robert Jr and Torrie Donaldson at Bradner R Farms in Ashcroft—milk 500 cows every day. All of our milk is currently supplied to Olympic Organic where it is further processed into organic grass-fed yogurt.
At Bradner Farms, we are pioneers in certified organic farming, raising organic beef on our native bunchgrass and lush pastures alongside organic poultry, and dairy cows on the rich fertile pastures of the Fraser Valley
